\We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Gymnastics Programme Manager to lead our team in designing and delivering high-quality gymnastics programmes for children.
\The Role
\The Gymnastics Programme Manager is responsible for developing engaging programme content, instructing various levels of gymnastic classes, and promoting the 'Gymnastics for All' initiative. This is a full-time position requiring strong leadership skills, experience in coaching, administration, and customer service.
\Key Responsibilities
- Design and coach gymnastics sessions for children
- Deliver efficient administrative systems for gymnastics programmes
- Promote the 'Gymnastics for All' initiative
- Develop programmes and instruct various levels of gymnastic classes
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Head Gymnastics Coach or leadership position
- Experience in 'WAG' (preferable)
- Experience in working with pre-school and school-aged children
- Demonstrated experience in Administration and promotion of Gymnastics
- Customer Service experience (desirable)
