Fitness Programme Manager

As a Fitness Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a positive and healthy community by designing and delivering fitness programmes for individuals.

This is a casual position requiring weekend availability, with opportunities to pick up shifts during the week. The successful candidate will have two years' experience in planning and managing structured programmes and activities in a gym setting, along with relevant certifications and qualifications.

  • Design and deliver individual and group fitness programmes based on detainees' needs and goals.
  • Demonstrate and teach body movements and skills used in fitness routines.
  • Set up and monitor fitness equipment, ensuring it is safe, clean, and in working condition.
