Job Opportunity

This pivotal role advances organisational culture by delivering holistic wellbeing programmes, strengthening events promoting inclusion and uplifting Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging through internal communications and campaigns.

The Manager of Diversity and Wellbeing will play a visible and influential role embedded within the People team, reporting to the Chief People Officer. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills are required, including at executive level.

About You
  • Deep expertise in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging as a specialist from within HR teams, responsible for programme management of various D&I initiatives across multinational remits.
  • HR Generalists with significant experience in strategic and implementation of D&I programmes are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong experience in designing and delivering wellbeing programmes and employee engagement initiatives is essential.
