Job Title: Programme Delivery Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Delivery Lead to join our team. As a Programme Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of large-scale programmes from start to finish.

Your primary goal will be to ensure that these programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including programme managers, solution architects, engineers, and clients.

You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, communicating effectively with them throughout the project lifecycle, and providing regular progress updates.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent programme management skills, including experience in managing multiple workstreams and ensuring timely delivery. You should also have a strong understanding of technology platforms and their application in delivering complex programmes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in programme management, preferably in the financial services or technology sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex programmes on time and within budget.
