About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Executive to oversee all stages of development, including project planning, construction, and sales/leasing activities.

This is a strategic leadership role that requires developing revenue-generating strategies, managing pre-sale and pre-leasing activities, building brand partnerships, and overseeing long-term property management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing revenue through both sales and leasing channels while ensuring developments meet market demand and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or certifications in property development or real estate management preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in real estate development, with strong exposure to sales and leasing, particularly in retail or commercial property
  • Demonstrated experience managing retail or commercial developments, with a proven track record in sales, leasing, and tenant relationship management
