About the Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for the management of premium assets, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and financial performance.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of the commercial real estate industry, and the ability to drive results through effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the Lendlease Investment Manager, addressing concerns, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage premium assets, overseeing operations, including financial performance, leasing, and tenant relations, while collaborating with the Investment Manager to develop strategic property plans.
  • Create and implement strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and loyalty, engaging proactively with tenants to understand their needs and strengthen relationships, and working with marketing teams to develop targeted initiatives.
  • Maximize financial performance by managing budgets, expenses, and revenue, analyzing data and trends to make informed decisions, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and strategies to enhance revenue streams.
  • Inspire and lead a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation, conducting performance assessments, developing succession plans, and ensuring all team members receive necessary training.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Real Estate Licence in the relevant State/Territory.
  • Proven experience as a General Manager in premium assets.
  • Strong leadership skills, exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and financial performance.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
