The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing guidance and support to the trade centre team to ensure seamless delivery of customer orders
  • Coordinating stock loading and unloading on delivery trucks to meet customer deadlines
  • Supporting team members with pick and packing customer orders where required

Key requirements include:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and lead a team
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals
