Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate junior warehouse operators.
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory).
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are met.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Use a computer to key orders into SAP system.
- Work closely with internal teams to meet customer needs.
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems would be an advantage.
- Must have a valid Forklift licence and some experience.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.
