About the Role

This position oversees a shopping centre in West End, Brisbane. It involves establishing and maintaining relationships with tenant retailers, ensuring a well-presented trading environment, and providing support to clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage lease terms and maintain a tenancy schedule
  • Regularly inspect the centre to guarantee high standards of housekeeping
  • Liaise with tenants to ensure satisfaction and provide recommendations for maintenance works
  • Attend client management meetings and supply weekly summary reports
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in retail property management or centre management
  • Relevant degree and current driver's licence
  • Knowledge of centre operations, organisational skills, and customer-centric approach
