Distributed Centre Operations Manager

A Facilities Manager is required to manage the day-to-day operations of a key distribution centre site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all premises are maintained to a high standard, managing the HSE program and conducting annual inspections.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and have a strong understanding of financial management. They should also possess intermediate to advanced level Microsoft skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
A driver's license is also required for this role as travel may be involved.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the delivery of efficient and cost-effective FM services across a portfolio of properties.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules and risk management procedures.
- Prepare and manage budgets in conjunction with clients and other team members.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in property discipline or a trade background.
- At least 2 years of facilities management experience.
- Demonstrate a track record of managing fit-outs, refurbishments and maintenance projects.
- Good understanding of financials, including budget preparation and reporting.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
