Merchant Offers Sourcing Manager

The Merchant Offers Sourcing Manager is responsible for leading the sourcing of merchant offers. This role involves working closely with the global 'Offers' team to sell and manage merchant offers.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in card-linked offers and affiliate marketing programs, as well as a strong network of merchants. They will also possess excellent communication and commercial abilities, both written and verbal, with the capacity to foster positive relationships with internal and external partners at all levels.

This role requires the ability to act with a persistent and urgent approach to tasks, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead merchant offers sales; managing full funnel of sales activities from identifying relevant merchants for the Mastercard offers program, to developing the merchant pipeline, prospecting, pitching to merchants, and closing sales.
  • Responsible for onboarding merchants and managing content.
  • Manage merchant relationship, including conducting regular client meetings to review program performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring merchant billing is completed.
  • Manage merchant aggregator partnerships to deliver quality content at scale and supplement direct sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in card-linked offers and affiliate marketing programs.
  • Strong communication and commercial abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in Business Development, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in merchant loyalty marketing or a related field of digital marketing is preferred.
  • Proven ability to act with a persistent and urgent approach to tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint).
