Job Title: Financial Solutions Advisor

The role involves providing comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with clients to plan and build a financial plan that aligns with their needs and goals.
  • Recommends investment strategies and banking solutions to clients based on their financial situation.
  • Triangulates client requests and makes referrals to appropriate service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
  • Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
  • Identifies potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele.
  • Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieu of 66) or has equivalent qualifications.
  • Has at least one year experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products.
  • Has at least one year experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
  • Sets and accomplishes goals, builds strong relationships, collaborates effectively with others.
  • Communicates effectively and confidently.
  • Manages multiple tasks and executes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Likes to learn and adapts to new information.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bilingual Proficiency - Spanish/English.
  • Strong computer skills with ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
  • At least three years of experience in financial services and/or a sales environment.
  • Professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
