Job Opportunity:

The Mutual Benefits Training Program is a key initiative that aims to help employers retain their position in personal injury claims management.

This role will support the delivery of the program, which involves developing and managing all aspects of facilitated training, including creation of an annual plan, facilitator engagement, event delivery, and ongoing alignment with the Employer Training Program strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar learning and development, event management, and/or online product management role.

They will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing training programs, events, or digital learning products, as well as working with Learning Management Systems with at least intermediate-level capability.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, including the ability to produce reports, presentations, and marketing communications to a high standard.

A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement, customer value, and delivering training products that genuinely support better outcomes for injured workers and employer customers is essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage all aspects of facilitated training programs
  • Support the marketing strategy for the facilitated training program
  • Design, develop, and deliver new e-learning courses
  • Maintain a comprehensive suite of digital learning resources
About You:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in learning and development, event management, and/or online product management
  • Proven track record of planning, coordinating, and managing training programs, events, or digital learning products
  • Intermediate-level capability in Learning Management Systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
