Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Solutions Architect to lead the development and implementation of global learning standards and frameworks.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive learning standards and frameworks that ensure consistent, high-quality learning experiences across the organization.
  • Promote the embedment and continuous improvement of Workday CareerHub in partnership with regional learning leads.
  • Develop strategies for integrating the global skills framework (QBE Skills) across the employee lifecycle and tools.
  • Collaborate with Workforce Planning to support capability-building initiatives and prioritization within the Learning & Leadership Community of Practice (COP).
  • Simplify and enhance role profiles to align with evolving skills and capability needs.
  • Drive a shift in learning mindset across the organization by championing innovative approaches and solutions.

You will work closely with Centres of Excellence (COEs) and regional teams to develop and implement learning solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for learning solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Leveraging Technology: Partner with IT teams to leverage technology platforms such as Workday CareerHub to deliver effective learning experiences.
  • Talent Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training programs that address critical skill gaps.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure learning solutions meet their needs and expectations.
