Nuix is seeking a seasoned Learning and Development Manager to drive our organization's AI enablement journey. This role will be instrumental in designing and implementing innovative learning solutions that empower our people to adapt, grow, and thrive in a rapidly evolving tech environment.

The successful candidate will partner with our leadership team to translate business strategy into targeted learning initiatives that build critical organizational capabilities. They will also establish metrics and measurement approaches that demonstrate the strategic impact and ROI of our learning programs.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing a holistic L&D strategy, designing cutting-edge learning experiences, creating engaging multi-modal learning content, and partnering with subject matter experts to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing learning programs in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in supporting technology adoption or digital transformation initiatives and will possess excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.

Additional requirements include:

  • Experience with modern learning technologies and approaches (e.g., microlearning, social learning)
  • Strong project execution skills with the ability to move quickly from concept to implementation
  • A deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and technologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
