About the Role:

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a family-owned business. The successful candidate will be based in an office adjoining the company's warehouse in Somerton, from where it distributes manufactured products to customers across Melbourne and interstate.

The role involves a mix of customer service, order processing, and administration tasks including:
- Taking orders
- Following up orders with suppliers and freight companies
- Preparing customer quotes
- Liaising with warehouse staff
- General office duties

Key Skills & Experience:

We are seeking a professional with:- Previous customer service experience handling regular inbound calls
- Experience processing customer orders and overseeing the distribution of products to customers
- Invoice processing experience highly regarded
- Ability to undertake a diverse range of duties in a busy office environment
- MS Office skills including Excel
- High attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment
