About the Position

We are seeking a detail-driven and analytical professional to fill this Assistant Category Strategy role.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of category performance and provide strategic insights for long-term success.
  • Assist with driving category projections and solutions by leveraging market, customer, shopper, and consumer data.
  • Support guiding business strategy for sustained growth based on market trends and key assumptions.
  • E nsure short-term plans align with the long-term strategy and vision, resolving or escalating where necessary.
  • Foster collaboration and effective communication across all operating divisions, promoting a cohesive team mindset.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Current experience and knowledge of developing strategic plans in the food or FMCG industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze detailed financial information and reports.
  • Demonstrated business judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high-impact initiatives.
