
Service Excellence Manager

Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and service requests.

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective issue resolution.
- Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Manage escalations and provide regular updates and performance reports.
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to empathize and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to lead continuous improvement efforts.
- Knowledge of Service Delivery and IT Service Management functions.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team or independently in a professional setting, and assist in conflict resolution.
