Guest Service Agent Role

We are seeking an individual who can deliver exceptional customer service to join our team as a Guest Service Agent at QT Canberra.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, who is passionate about creating memorable experiences and working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Manage cash handling and credit card transactions accurately
  • Take guest reservations promptly and manage internal/external calls professionally
  • Coordinate daily with internal departments
  • Support the Duty Manager and Front Office Manager as required
