Job Title

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an IT Service Delivery Manager. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT services to our customers.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, with experience in IT service delivery management. They will be able to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, define and implement IT service delivery processes, and manage a team responsible for delivering IT services.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy and a collaborative approach to working in a team. The ideal candidate will be able to motivate and lead a team effectively, communicate complex ideas clearly, and provide updates to stakeholders on solution/product development processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across supported environments.
  • Define, implement, and monitor IT service delivery processes and procedures.
  • Manage a team responsible for delivering IT services.
  • Assist with the creation of project plans with agreed milestones, scope, and budget.
  • Recognize and mitigate risks and issues within the project.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT service delivery management.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Experience in project forecasting, financials, and governance.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
