Customer Support Associate Role

We are seeking an energetic and proactive professional to provide exceptional service to our clients through various communication channels.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accurately record and update customer information in our systems.
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare documents using word and mail merges, and manage excel spreadsheets.

Key Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a call centre, customer service or retail environment.
  • Energetic, proactive, self-managed, and organized approach to tasks.
  • Flexibility in approach to tasks and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
