We prioritize delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships. As a Contact Centre Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers.

About the Role:
  • Provide prompt and professional support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Assist with collections, pick-ups, quotes, and freight enquiries, updating customers and teammates on freight queries as allocated.
  • Communicate delays to customers in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Budget effectively to ensure efficient delivery and strong relationships with all relevant parties.

You will work collaboratively within a team environment to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery. We require previous experience in a call centre/customer care environment, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

About You:
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer-facing role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to identify, prioritise, and resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.
