We are seeking Customer Service Professionals for a part-time role conducting outbound calls to survey participants and increasing response rates.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Seamlessly navigate multiple online systems and perform data entry with accuracy.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
  • Adhere to industry standards and values when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a contact centre environment conducting outbound and/or survey campaigns is desirable but not essential.
  • Availability to commit to part-time hours (3-hour shifts, Monday to Thursday, 4pm-9pm AEST).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to commit to a long-term assignment.
  • Previous government experience is highly regarded.
  • Capability to follow scripts and standard operating procedures.
  • Initiative, flexibility, and resilience.
