At Service Stream, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance team as a Payment Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Producing weekly subcontractor Statements of Payment Information and Reports of Claims Totals (RCTIs)
  • Validating subcontractor claims to ensure they are within agreed commercial and contractual parameters, liaising with subcontractors and field personnel as necessary
  • Serving as the central point for subcontractor payment queries, providing prompt and professional responses and resolutions
  • Making adjustments to subcontractor payments as necessary, ensuring the right internal delegations of authority are in place for all approvals
  • Evaluating and continually improving the subcontractor payment process, maintaining accurate documentation
