About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Payments Compliance Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for administering and managing all aspects of our payment processes, ensuring that they are efficient, reliable, and compliant with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a payments-related role, focusing on administering payment platforms and involvement in payment service provider engagement. They will also possess a strong understanding of payment technologies and compliance requirements, as well as excellent communication and process optimization skills.

In addition to these technical skills, we are looking for an individual who is able to work collaboratively across different teams, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.

Main Responsibilities

- Oversee the management of our payment platforms, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Work closely with our payment partner to develop and maintain strong relationships, leveraging these relationships to deliver the platform efficiently and reliably.
- Ensure that our payment processes are compliant with industry standards and respond to customer queries relating to payment.
- Support our account management and account executive teams in promoting our payment services to new and existing customers and contracting the same.
- Analyze payment processes and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements to the payment workflow, reducing friction and improving the customer experience.
