Job Title:

Cross Border Payment Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our cross-border payment operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing across multiple currencies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payments, treasury, or operations, with experience in FX conversion, routing, and settlement. They will also possess excellent analytical skills and be proficient in ERP/TMS systems and reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payment Operations: Initiate payments, validate beneficiaries, convert FX, route through rails (SWIFT, SEPA, CHIPS/Fedwire), and settle transactions
  • Liquidity Management: Monitor multi-currency cash flows, optimize payout routes, and manage bank/PSP relationships
  • Compliance & Risk: Apply KYC/AML screening, sanctions checks, risk assessments, and maintain audit trails
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, provide leadership dashboards, and resolve payment inquiries/disputes

Requirements:
  • 5+ years in payments, treasury, or operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of cross-border payment rails and regulatory regimes
  • Experience with ERP/TMS systems and reconciliation processes
  • Analytical mindset with proven project and vendor management skills
  • Proficiency in English and advanced MS Excel
