Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator - Logistics Specialist

Job Description:

As a Scheduling Coordinator - Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Your primary goal is to optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate internal stock ordering and forecasting for additional stock changes
  • Arrange urgent deliveries and manage delivery schedules
  • Manage goods receipting and troubleshoot resource issues
  • Set up and modify user accounts in P76 and P11
  • Provide support and education to users on Shopping Cart/PO creations and Zebra device usage
  • Oversee procurement administration and ensure compliance with established processes and document control
  • Actively identify gaps in current policies and make necessary changes
  • Build mutually beneficial partnerships with 3PL service providers and vendors
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years working experience in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management
  • Proven experience in cost saving initiatives and contract negotiation
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and communication skills
  • Structured thinking ability and detail-oriented nature
  • Driven and proactive personality with ability to work with ownership
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills
  • Experience in healthcare industry and working knowledge of SAP system
