Job Overview

The Workforce Planning role is a crucial position within our organisation, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our scheduling requirements. As a key member of our team, you will be tasked with allocating schedules for permanent and casual support workers, while also supporting staff to build strong relationships with clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and maintain accurate scheduling requirements, taking into account staff availability, staffing lists, and client needs.
  • Facilitate the allocation of schedules for our support workforce, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to staff to enhance their engagement and rapport with clients, promoting a positive service experience.
  • Coordinate new client intakes and establish schedules for the next 7 days, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop solutions to address urgent scheduling needs and gaps, driving proactive problem-solving to meet business objectives.
  • Maintain alignment of schedules with relevant industrial awards and regulations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in scheduling or rostering roles, or customer-facing environments.
