Job Opportunity

We are searching for a Customer Service Representative who is driven, intelligent, and entrepreneurial. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in coordinating daily schedules and supporting customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate daily installer schedules
  • Manage inbound service calls, providing professional customer support
  • Handle warranty claims, complaint calls, and follow-up service appointments
  • Provide timely updates on order status and job progress
  • Maintain internal reports including Work on Hand and Orders on Hold
  • Process scheduling paperwork and assist with invoicing requirements
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve job or order-related issues
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service or scheduling
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Able to remain calm and solutions-focused when handling complaints or issues
  • Highly organised with strong time management abilities
  • Confident working independently and making decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of technical product environments
  • Positive team player who thrives under pressure
