We are seeking a highly skilled Scheduling Coordinator to play a vital part in managing academic delivery and space utilisation across our campuses.


Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal and external room bookings to ensure efficient use of teaching spaces across campuses, fostering a collaborative environment that maximises learning outcomes.
  • Work closely with Timetabling Coordinators and stakeholders to develop, deliver, and update academic timetables for various programs, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Leverage systems like Excel, Wisenet, and RTOM to manage data, scheduling, and reporting requirements, driving informed decision-making and process improvement.

Requirements
  • Relevant qualification or experience in education or a related field.
  • Proven track record in the education sector, preferably in a scheduling/timetabling role, demonstrating adaptability and a customer-focused approach.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office365 and other relevant tools.
  • Demonstrated understanding of regulatory frameworks, including Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021, Standards for RTO's 2015, and National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, students, and stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
