Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Help Desk Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Updating the system with customer and client information.
  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls as required.
  • Booking appointments and following up with confirmation.
  • Managing and updating all office documentation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong telephone manner.
  • Experience within an administration support role.
  • Proactive and flexible approach to completion of work.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, including an ability to prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and manage a varied workload in a busy professional environment.
