Workplace Experience Coordinator Role Overview
This role is an exciting opportunity to join CBRE GWS as a Workplace Experience Coordinator. As a key member of our fast-paced facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering a positive office experience as a cultural ambassador, community advocate, and service leader.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet employees and visitors, conduct guest registration, and issue visitor passes and validate parking.
• Maintain awareness of the workspace, submit janitorial and maintenance work orders, and communicate with appropriate partners to address issues.
• Respond to customer requests and complaints promptly, providing accurate and thorough information according to the specific request.
• Follow security and emergency procedures, respond to emergency situations, and summon appropriate assistance.
• Provide support for the Experience Services team, including expense management, meeting coordination, equipment care, and supply management.
• Maintain records of vendor proof of insurance and contractual documentation.
• Deliver orientations, including facility tours, work order submission, and software ordering.
Requirements and Opportunities
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 1 year of front desk, concierge, customer service, or other hospitality experience. You should be comfortable meeting and engaging with new people, have a positive attitude, and strong sense of urgency in resolving issues.
