
Front Office Supervisor

A front office role awaits an individual with exceptional customer service skills and experience in leading daily operations.
Responsibilities will include supervising the team, handling reservations, room assignments, billing, and guest accounts.
- Supervise daily front office operations to deliver seamless arrivals, departures, and guest enquiries. Ensure timely and courteous handling of guest requests, complaints, and special needs.
- Ensure efficient reservation management, upholding guest confidentiality and strict cash/credit procedures. Actively promote hotel facilities and services, contribute to maximizing occupancy, and promptly respond to guest inquiries.
- Engage in training, coaching, and empowerment of team members; embrace a culture of diversity and environmental initiatives.
- Potential for job evolution to include night audit responsibilities such as balancing and reconciling daily accounts and financial reporting.
A minimum 1-2 years of front office or guest service experience is required; previous supervisory experience highly regarded. Proficient computer and system skills, preferably with Opera Cloud or similar; hospitality qualifications advantageous.
- Service-oriented, highly organized, with excellent communication and multicultural awareness.
- Able to multitask in demanding environments; flexible to work a 7-day roster with strong personal integrity.
