
Front Office Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising daily front office operations, ensuring smooth arrivals, departures, and guest enquiries.
You will lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service, embodying a culture of excellence and values that promote customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Supervising the Front Office team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Leading by example in delivering exceptional guest service and promoting a positive work culture.
Assisting with the training, coaching, and empowerment of Front Office team members.
Ensuring compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Handling guest complaints and special requests professionally and efficiently.
Supporting financial performance by adhering to cash handling and accounting procedures.
Promoting offers, services, and facilities to guests.
Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, supporting environmental initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
Hospitality qualifications and strong computer/system skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays.
Multicultural awareness and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
Strong personal integrity, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
