
Front Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Front Office professional to lead our daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Job OverviewThis is a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our resort in the heart of Kakadu National Park. Our resort offers a range of accommodations and amenities, including two swimming pools, restaurants, bars, and access to Yellow Water Cruises and the Warradjan Cultural Centre.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Lead front office operations to ensure seamless arrivals, departures, and guest enquiries.
- Deliver exceptional guest service embodying Accor's Heartist culture and values, setting an example for the team.
- Assist in training, coaching, and empowering Front Office team members to excel in their roles.
- Maintain compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and Accor brand standards.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally and efficiently.
- Support financial performance by adhering to cash handling and accounting procedures.
- Promote our offers, services, and facilities to guests.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, supporting Accor's Workplace Health & Safety and Planet 21 environmental initiatives.
- 1-2 years' experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Hospitality qualifications and strong computer/system skills (Opera experience desirable).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Multicultural awareness and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
- Strong personal integrity, initiative, and ability to work independently.
