The opportunity
Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Front Office Night Supervisor to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. As a Front Office Night Supervisor, you will support the Hotel Night Supervisor to ensure efficient and accurate reporting of hotel accounts and maintain the front office and concierge desk during evenings. What will you do?
- Maximize guest satisfaction by managing guest complaints, soliciting feedback, and building strong relationships to improve service.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships across departments to ensure seamless collaboration and an engaging guest experience.
- Oversee room inventory and ensure VIP and regular guests receive their benefits, enhancing their experience.
- Assist in team training, development, and performance management, including scheduling, rostering, and managing labor costs.
- Participate in performance appraisals and manage team performance while ensuring security standards for guest room and vehicle keys, including conducting valet services.
More About You
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a hospitality customer-facing role.
- Knowledge of front office and reservation systems.
- Experience with Opera or Opera Cloud is preferred.
- Endorsement and CPV Licence are preferred.
