Front Office Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Office Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of the front desk, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless guest arrivals, departures, and service delivery.

  • Supervise daily front office operations, overseeing the efficient processing of guest arrivals, departures, and inquiries.
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service, embodying a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with the training, coaching, and empowerment of front office team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards to maintain high levels of quality and consistency.
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally and efficiently, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  • Support financial performance by adhering to cash handling and accounting procedures, maintaining accurate records and minimizing losses.
  • Promote hotel offers, services, and facilities to guests, enhancing their stay and encouraging repeat business.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, supporting workplace health and safety initiatives and promoting sustainability.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in front office operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Hospitality qualifications and strong computer/system skills (Opera experience desirable).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Multicultural awareness and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
  • Strong personal integrity, initiative, and ability to work independently.
