About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Branch Manager to lead our Darwin branch in the Northern Territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 27 across three departments: Parts, Sales, and Service.
Your primary objectives will include:
- Efficiently managing and directing all aspects of the branch to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Leading the Branch team and holding Managers accountable for team and financial performance.
- Motivating employees and setting appropriate individual and team performance goals.
- Fostering a positive work environment.
You will also be responsible for:
- Full profit and loss responsibility of the branch.
- Developing budgets and strategies in alignment with the organisation's financial and operational objectives.
- Upholding and guiding margins in accordance with approved Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Reviewing financial reports.
Additionally, you will:
- Achieve market share.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, working with all departments to understand customer expectations.

- Established experience in a senior leadership role, with full profit and loss responsibility in a similar role.
- A highly motivated, enthusiastic, and positive leadership style.
- Knowledge of John Deere agricultural and/or construction dealership business operations is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- High emotional intelligence, the ability to work well in a diverse, fast-growing business.
