About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Darwin branch in the Northern Territory. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 27 across three departments: Parts, Sales & Service. Your primary objective will be to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and direct all aspects of the branch to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Lead the Branch team and hold Managers accountable for team and financial performance.
- Motivate employees and set appropriate individual and team performance goals.
- Foster a positive work environment.
- Develop budgets and strategies in alignment with the organisation's financial and operational objectives.
- Uphold and guide margins in accordance with approved Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Review financial reports.
- Achieve market share and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Established experience in a senior leadership role, with full profit and loss responsibility in a similar role.
- A highly motivated, enthusiastic, and positive leadership style.
- Knowledge of John Deere agricultural and/or construction dealership business operations is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- High emotional intelligence, the ability to work well in a diverse, fast-growing business.
