We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Robertson Health Centre in Darwin, Northern Territory. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to Defence Force personnel.
About the Role- This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist to take on a leadership role and contribute to the provision of health services to Defence Force members.
- You will be responsible for providing evidence-based practice physiotherapy assessments, treatments, and rehabilitative services to Defence Personnel.
- You will also undertake supervisory and management functions for the physiotherapy department to ensure the provision of high-quality physiotherapy services.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Works well with both people and details.
- Has strong management skills, including leadership and conflict resolution.
- Has a genuine commitment to mentor, lead, and grow internal talent and champion a meaningful career pathway for our clinicians.
You will also require:
- Current unconditional and unrestricted registration with AHPRA.
- A minimum of 5 years Full-Time postgraduate musculoskeletal experience in an accredited physiotherapy environment (or part-time equivalent).
- A minimum of 2 years Full-Time postgraduate musculoskeletal experience within the last 5 years in an accredited physiotherapy environment (or part-time equivalent).
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.
