Transform Lives of Autistic Children as a Clinical Supervisor
Woodbury School is currently seeking a dedicated and innovative Clinical Supervisor to join our exceptional team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in creating meaningful change in the lives of our students in the school setting.
The ideal candidate will hold a master's degree in special education, psychology, or applied behaviour analysis, possess CBA/BCBA certification or be working towards it, and have a minimum of 2 years of experience developing and implementing ABA programs for autistic children in either a clinical, community, home-based or school setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing ABA programs for autistic children
- Supervising therapists in ABA programs within classroom and/or in-home settings
- Collaborating with teaching staff and ABA / behaviour specialists to maximize each student's progress
- Providing individualised support to students to promote their growth and development
- Maintaining accurate records and reports as required
