Autism Support Specialist

The Behaviour Intervention Professional plays a pivotal role in our team, providing support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental delays.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough client assessments and design tailored intervention programs.
- Maintain seamless communication with all stakeholders and provide vital information.
- Develop and enhance the skills of Behaviour Therapists while collecting and storing relevant data.
- Design and deliver training programs as required to ensure staff proficiency.
- Provide guidance and supervision to BCBA, SBT etc., and create new programmes as needed to meet client requirements.
- A minimum of a Bachelor degree in a relevant field such as psychology, education or speech pathology.
- BCBA certification is mandatory.
- A minimum of one year of work experience as a credentialed practitioner is required.
