Job Title

Supervise and coordinate the implementation of therapy programs for individuals with autism. This role involves assessing client needs, designing individualized interventions, and providing guidance to therapists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based interventions to promote client progress.
  • Prepare reports on client outcomes and provide feedback to team members.
  • Train behaviour technicians on client programs and general service delivery.
  • Shadow behaviour technicians and monitor their clinical services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or certification as a Behavioural Analyst (BCBA or BCaBA).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience providing Behaviour Analytic services.
  • Expertise in functional behaviour and developmental assessments.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and design effective treatment plans.
  • Experience in supervising and training team members.
