Key Responsibilities- Engage with partner builders to complete site assessments and building make-safe procedures.
- Obtain specialist reports and coordinate property repairs in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs) or management requirements.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective communication with customers, clients, and service providers.
- Perform service delivery tasks and maintain case systems and databases in accordance with agreed SLAs or management requirements.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients, suppliers, and customers through excellent written and verbal communication.
- Record time in accordance with Sedgwick's Time & Cost Recording Policy.
- Prepare and issue invoices as per Sedgwick's billing requirements.
- Manage agreements and relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service delivery requirements are met.
- Process payment requests received from external providers, ensuring costs charged are in accordance with any agreed rates or are reasonable for the services provided.
- Previous experience in insurance claims or construction.
- Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel, including PivotTables and complex formulas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in documentation management and record-keeping.
- Client-focused mentality, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
