As the backbone of our production line, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and timely processes, encompassing both fibreglass and mechanical aspects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and overseeing the production process to deliver output that meets cost, quantity, and timing requirements. **About You**:

- Demonstrated ability to communicate and work well within a team environment.
- Strong eye for detail with a focus on accuracy and quality first time.

**Job Requirements**:
Working in a workshop environment and handling several projects simultaneously.

This is a hands-on job requiring strong communication skills to effectively convey information.
- Develop and execute production strategies, policies and plans
- Manage production schedules, monitor output and costs, and adjust resources to minimize expenses.
- Evaluate resource needs and allocate accordingly.
- Creating, negotiating and managing budgets and timelines with clients and stakeholders.
- Plan production activities considering output, quality, quantity, cost, time, and labor.
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are met.
- Negotiate adjustments to timelines and resources as project scopes evolve.
- Conduct research into production methods, recommending and implementing appropriate initiatives.
- Managing the maintenance and repair of production equipment.
- Collaborating with our internal Engineering and Service departments.
- Supervise and train staff, including junior team members.
- Ability to use tools is not a necessity but preferred.
- Proper and safe use of hand tools
- Mechanical and or Engineering background experience is required.
- Previous exposure to MRPII/ERP computer systems.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
