About the Role

Sedgwick is seeking a skilled Repair Coordinator to join our Repair Solutions division. In this critical role, you will play a vital part in supporting our clients and their customers during times of need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with partner builders to complete site assessments and building make-safe procedures.
  • Obtain specialist reports and coordinate property repairs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective communication with customers, clients, and service providers.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases in accordance with agreed SLAs or management requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and customers through excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Process payment requests and ensure costs charged are reasonable and in accordance with agreed rates.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in insurance claims or construction.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, including PivotTables and complex formulas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in documentation management and record-keeping.
  • Client-focused mentality with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
