We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the preschool.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service skills
  • Developing a collaborative team approach
  • Utilizing strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Establishing and maintaining positive internal and external relationships
  • Demonstrating a positive and 'can do' attitude

Requirements for this role include:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Relevant qualification or equivalent experience
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
