**The Service**

Join the award-winning team at KU Alfred Child Care Centre, where children thrive and educators are truly valued. Proudly supporting the families of Alfred Hospital staff since 2004, our centre provides care for up to 60 children across nursery, toddler, and preschool rooms, operating Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm. Conveniently located near St Kilda Road and Commercial Road, we're just a short walk from Prahran train station and easily accessible by tram.

We offer rich learning experiences through regular excursions to local favourites like Fawkner Park, the Shrine of Remembrance, and the local library, while also celebrating diverse cultural events and fostering sustainable practices with natural materials and mínimal plastic use. **The Role**

This is a permanent opportunity to join the service 25 hours per week Monday to Friday 5 hours a day.

**You will need**:

- A Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (if appointed)
- Excellent customer service skills
- A collaborative team approach
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships
- A positive and 'can do' attitude
- Previous experience and / or a relevant qualification
- Have proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
