**The Service**
KU Croydon Preschool is nestled in the heart of Croydon in the inner west. Rated exceeding, KU Croydon are proud of their reputation within the diverse and multi-cultural local community and of providing rich education and care that concentrates on individual children in a family-focussed and supportive way.
KU Croydon has a special interest in the 'Creative Use of Physical Spaces' and link this into their program through sustainability, re-cycling, care and maintenance of all areas including plans for a redesigned vegetable garden, as well as bringing art and crafts to the outdoors with full use of the veranda and enormous shady tree.
**The Role**
On offer is a permanent part time position working 2 days per week on Thursday and Friday working 9:00am-2:00pm.
You will provide a range of administrative services vital to the efficient operations of the service. In particular, you will be administering accounts payable, accounts receivable, fee processing and assisting the Director with a range of tasks including filing and record keeping, as well as being the friendly point of contact for families.
**_*Knowledge of Storypark Manage is highly desirable but not essential. _**
**To be successful in this position you will**:
- Have experience in systems administration
- Have proven financial experience in accounts payable and receivable
- Have relationship-based communication skills
- Enjoy working in a team focused environment
- Be able to work independently
**_The successful applicant will have or being willing to obtain a current NSW Employee Working with Children Check _**
