Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support business growth and market expansion
  • Conduct market analysis, customer insights, and competitive research to inform marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, and content teams to execute campaigns across multiple channels
  • Track and measure campaign effectiveness, using data to optimize and improve performance
  • Support brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management

Requirements:



  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand planning, or digital marketing, preferably in tech or recruitment sectors
  • Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to generate innovative ideas and strategic solutions to meet marketing objectives
  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and sales teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
